Backhand Clearing
As you play badminton you need to be able to clear the shuttle as well as being able to attack well. If you are right handed and the shuttle goes to the far right of you might to not want to have to run around the other side of it. You turn almost and flick it backwards back over the net.
Block Shot
During Badminton you should not always do shots that you wait for the shuttle to come to you. Sometimes you should approach the shuttle. This shot is so that you take the power of the opponent’s shot. This means that the shuttle can just bounce of the racket back over the net. This means that the opponent cannot now attack but has to defend.
